As a Women’s Counsellor & Nutrition & Health Coach, I am passionate about supporting mothers and women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from their sense of self. With my years of experience in counselling, and nutrition and health coaching, I take a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on the unique challenges women face in motherhood and beyond.

Through personalised strategies, I help women reclaim their identity, prioritise self-care, and restore their physical and emotional well-being. Whether you’re navigating postpartum recovery, struggling with anxiety, or simply seeking balance, I’m here to guide you with compassion and evidence-based tools.

Supporting women and mothers on their postpartum journey is my greatest passion and privilege. Every day, I have the honour of working one-on-one with incredible women, helping them navigate the challenges of postpartum life through counselling and health coaching. Together, we address the physical, emotional, and mental hurdles that come with motherhood, empowering them to reclaim their well-being and embrace this transformative chapter of their lives.

My mission goes beyond individual sessions. I’m deeply committed to reaching as many women as possible, which is why I share my knowledge through speaking events, blog posts, and a podcast [coming soon]—all designed to inspire, educate, and empower mothers to prioritise their health and live with balance and joy.

My own journey has been shaped by challenges that allow me to connect deeply with the women I support. I’ve walked the path of anxiety, exhaustion, and feeling lost in my sense of self. These experiences taught me the profound importance of gut health, mental clarity, and sustainable self-care. By choosing to heal and transform, I found my purpose: to stand beside women as they rebuild their energy, identity, and confidence during the postpartum period.

Armed with personal experience and professional expertise—including a Bachelor of Psychology, Diploma of Counselling, and Diploma of Nutrition & Health Coaching—I bring both empathy and evidence-based strategies to my work. I understand that motherhood is both beautiful and overwhelming, and I’m here to guide you through the process of finding balance, strength, and fulfilment.
